Global Business Mobility Visas
The visa category under global business mobility brings 5 visa routes that a business can choose to apply for. It allows international businesses to share resources by bringing to the UK specialist workers as well as graduate trainees or as a service supplier.
It further permits a business to allow a migrant to enter the UK under the secondment worker visa route.

This replaces the sole representative of an international business and the visa category permits businesses to set up a UK branch. To apply for the visa, a migrant must meet the 60 points requirements which are set out in a number of categories, which includes sponsorship, work requirements, skill level, salary and meeting financial requirements.
High Potential Individual (HPI) Visa
It's one of the most interesting and valuable visa categories created. The visa allows talented individuals the opportunity to come to the UK and build exciting and innovative businesses. This new fast-tracked visa is to allow businesses to sponsor migrants to the UK. After a period of 6 months working for the business that had sponsored the visa, the migrant can switch and work for any employer. The visa leads to settlement.
